Had booked the hall upstairs for a party. The ambience was a bit run down .. peeling off paint, styrofoam ceiling, stained walls, OSB panels exposed .. In the stairwell and the toilet it has latently smelled of old fryer fat. The food was free according to the motto "all you can fry" ... very meaty. Unfortunately not implemented well. Chicken pieces were like Russian roulette, one normal / juicy and the other dry / salted. The schnitzel was sloppy, dry and likely, instead of 2-3 min. to bake in fat, soaked in a fryer well. The shashlik was ok, the meat unfortunately dry. There was something similar to neck steak with roasted onions .. It was also very dry and the onions were sloppy. Another fried option was the fried mushrooms, a bit musty in taste (whether it was on the mushroom or the frying fat you do not know) they were also very watery and largely tasteless .. As a side dish there were french fries, potato salad (which was quite good) and salad (dressing taste: bouillon cubes) Mayo and ketchup were also available. The only vegetarian options were salad (which was off after a few bowls) fries / potato salad and fried mushrooms. This is not an adequate alternative. For dessert there was garnished Zimtstern- and baked apple ice cream. Known from the discounter / wholesaler. The service staff was always present and provided the guests with quick drinks and was nice. Maybe you can improve one or the other.

Were invited to birthday. There were knuckles and roulades. Both tasted great. The vegetables and the napkin toilet was great. Will be back soon

Great economy with traditional German dishes but also perfectly prepared steaks. For steak lovers highly recommended. Operations are on the ball and pay attention to the guests, even with a larger group this worked fine. On the opposite parallel road there are enough parking spaces.

Was in Preussla for the first time today and it is a nice inn with home-style Franconian cuisine. Unfortunately my cordon bleu was not completely sunned I would have given 4 stars. I will definitely visit it again in the near future and give me a second opinion. The guest room is modern with light wood and the toilets were clean.
